Maverick Referral Network

We invite licensed real estate agents and brokers to be part of the Maverick Referral NetworkTM and make 3% of the gross contract sales price each time one of your clients closes on a deal. It allows you to get your clients access to unlisted deals with prices and terms not available to the public; it requires extremely little time on your part, and it still pays you a full 3% per deal.

 Here Are the Steps:

  1. Sign up for the Maverick Referral NetworkTM on the right, and we will assign you a personal "deal code".
  2. Each time we put together a new Maverick DealTM, we send out a “hook email” to you, which describes the highlights of the deal and provides information for joining an exclusive Webinar shortly thereafter where the buying opportunity will be presented.
  3. You cut and paste the email, put your name and contact information on it, and send it out to your clients, “referring” them to the Webinar. You also give them the "deal code" that we have assigned you.
  4. The Webinar will be a live buying opportunity, featuring the developer. Rest assured, Maverick DealsTM have prices and terms not available to the public. In order to reserve a unit, each buyer MUST enter a "deal code". Your buyers will enter your "deal code", identifying them as your clients.
  5. For each unit closed by one of your clients, you will receive a 3% referral fee. (Example: If you refer five clients to us and they each close on two units, you will receive 3% of the gross contract sales price on all ten units closed).
  6. Repeat and watch your income flow in deal after deal!

We also ensure that your clients remain your clients. When you sign up for the Maverick Referral NetworkTM we sign a "Referral and Non-Circumvent Agreement" with you—a legally binding document ensuring that we will not solicit your clients, we will not let them go around you, and that you will get paid for every deal that is closed by someone you refer.
